Cancellation requests

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled paid session.

Refunds may be approved for unused services when cancellation timelines are met and service delivery has not started.

If service delivery has started, any refund review considers completed portions, scheduling commitments, and operational costs already incurred.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days to the original payment method when technically available.

Custom preparation work, completed sessions, and administrative fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law and disclosed before purchase.
